The text is wholly unmarked, pristine, and the binding is bright and fresh in appearance, with no creasing to the spine, but there is a slight damp-staining to the right page edge of the volume. Cloth. Condition: Good. Barbara Nessim (illustrator). Sketchbook by Barbara Nessim 7 ? 4 ? 74 in Black. Appears to be an authentic copy of Barbara Nessim's 1975 Sketchbook, this black copy being one of 400 of its kind (950 total). Interestingly, there are no markings on this. That is probably normal with these copies, since they were handed to libraries, friends, journalists, and more. Clearly whoever this was handed to enjoyed her work, but left the book in good condition. The pages are made of very high quality material it seems. I will not pretend to be an expert on this artist or her work, but at a glance it is an interesting mix of abstract yet recognizable concepts. This would be an amazing supplement to a collection of her work. Please message me if you have any questions or desire more photographs. Thank you.
