This is the transcript of the Firing Line program produced in New York City on November 2, 1971, and telecast on PBS on November 14. 1971. Hosted by William F. Buckley, Jr., the topic was "The Place of the Treaty in International Affairs"; the guest was John Kerry, then a member of the Vietnam Veterans Against the War; student participants were Jeff Feingold, Leslie Blum, and Roger Ferri, all from the Pratt Institute.
