Hardbound book in very good condition; there is a slight slant to the spine and a trace of soil to the top edge of the text block, but the boards (lettered and decorated in bright gilt) and the pages are clean and straight. The dust jacket in mylar has suffered closed tears to the top edges, one each front and back, which at one point were repaired with tape; the tape is no longer present.

Good to very good condition, pages are clean with no markings, Binding and boards are square, tight, and flat. Corners are bumped all around, bottom corner of spine is slightly worse than the other corners. DJ fair to good, chip missing on bottom front edge, bottom spine has tape repaired tear, top front has small tear (1/4"), and back is stained. Both front and back have small spots of foxing.
