Hardcover. Condition: Good. N. D. , but c. 1910. Limited Renaissance Edition, number 996 of 1000. Hardcover, green cloth, gilt lettering. Illustrated with pasted-in color plates. Good, no DJ. Spine faded, chipped at head and foot, two c. 3 inch tears along front seam, corners bumped. Internally, front hinge cracked, age tanned, upper corners of two leaves creased with corresponding c. 1 1/2 inch tears; tears on several of the blank pages that the illustrations are attached to; most of the plates are loose, and 1plate (p. 196) missing, f/o chart of painters torn along seam (complete, with piece laid in) but overall a nice, servicable copy, clean and unmarked.
