Mass Market Paperback. Condition: Good. Lawrence; Finlay, Virgil (illustrator). First Edition. UK Edition. Follows the January 1951 US issue with UK ads and 64 fewer pages. Contains two of the original seven stories: 'Hand from the Void' by MacDonald (illustrated by Finlay) and 'Rampart of Fear' by Ferris. The front cover has two long creases to the top right corner and some creasing and chipping along the bottom. The rear cover has two long creases to the top left corner and two small closed tears to the left edge with some associated creasing as well as some surface discolouration. Light chipping to the spine. Quite heavy browning and spotting to the insides of the covers and the first and last pages. Spotting to the first and last few pages but in general the pages are browned but unmarked. Cover illustration by Lawrence. Postage charge will be reduced by £1.50 when the order is processed.
