This copy was sent by Ono to Victor Spinetti (1929-2012) Welsh comedy actor, author, poet and raconteur. He appeared in dozens of films and stage plays throughout his 50-year career and is best remembered today for appearing in the three Beatles films in the 1960s, A Hard Day's Night, Help! and Magical Mystery Tour. On page 76 is a reproduction of the premiere film program for the premiere of Help! signed and inscribed by the four Beatles to Spinetti. Large coffee table book. 255 pages. Original publisher's black cloth over grey boards, lettered silver at the spine. Copiously illustrated in color and black and white throughout. Very good copy a little bumped at the edges of the top boards in a very good dust jacket with a couple of one inch tears.
