Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality Brodart cover. 453 pages plus an index. This is the newest edition of Recollections and Letters of General Robert E. Lee by his son, with an introduction, chronology, and a gallery of Lee portraits collected by Philip Van Doren Stern. Clean & tight. Pages show age toning, particularly edges. All in all, a quite nice copy of a 50+ year old book that is rather scarce, particularly in any type of reasonable collectible condition.
