An elaborate binding with beveled boards, spine with five raised bands, embossed decals. Gilt lettering to both boards and spine, gilt inner dentelles, all paper edges gilt, reinforced marbled endpapers. Insides pages are very clean, tight and attractive. Previous owner very neat inscriptions on front two blank pages. Overall condition is very good+ Collection of poems and illustrations in-line with the text pages. 15 facsimile handwriting examples.
