Dickey on the opposite page, as well as the title of the photo and technical data about the exposure, presumably by Oliver. Small black and white photo of Oliver by M. Bundren on the last page. Stapled booklet in black and white photo pictorial wrappers and designed to be sent through the mail with a "From" and "To" panel on the rear wrapper. Just touches of wear to extremities, corners square and flat, all photos in fine condition, no rust on the staples, else near fine to fine with no internal markings. After majoring in art at Southern Methodist University, Jean Rodgers Oliver (1916-1968) worked as a senior draftsman during World War II before pursuing a career as a professional photographer, earning several awards. She studied briefly under A. Cypen Lubitsch, but was mostly self-taught. Her photos appeared in various national magazines including Art Photography and Modern Photography. In 1950 she transferred her activities to Albuquerque and this book is the result of her excitement over New Mexico. In the 1960s she served as staff photographer for the New Mexico Architect.
