The book was a library book of some kind as it has two discard stamps and the front cover has two spots where a sticker was removed lifting a small piece of the cover. The covers have minor wear otherwise and are white with blue lettering. The spine is tight with minor wear and a place where a number was removed. The pages are white with minor edgewear but no marks besides the stamps. The pocket has been removed from inside the back cover. 18 chapters are offered in five parts: The Concepts of Liberty and Power; The Federalists; The Anti-Federalists; Twentieth Century Interpretations of the Problem of Liberty and Power in the Making of the Constitution; and a conclusion. 96 pages.
