Sewn binding. Condition: Good. First Edition (?). Square quarto, unpaginated (13 plates, each opposite a leaf of verse). Good only in the publisher's sewn brown wraps with gilt and black decoration. Faint dampstain to the top left corner, affecting just the front wrap and first two leaves. Title page detached, but present. Otherwise clean and bright. A nicely produced souvenir of Colorado from the turn of the century.

Ownership stamp of Jeannette F. Thach of Walsenburg, CO to the front and rear endpapers. A large stain to the rear board. The bottom corner of the first plate is chipped, with no loss to the image or text. Verse from J. W. Wright, Cy Warman, G. G. Ferguson, Jas. Barton Adams, Mabel I. Woodruff and Helen Hunt Jackson.
