The dust jacket photograph is credited to Horace Ové, the Trinidad and Tobago born British filmmaker, photographer, painter and writer. The dust jacket (not price clipped), shows some rips, creasing and general age-related imperfections, including a watermark to the front. Subsequently, the DJ has been mylar coated. Page block head is dyed purple, and has some light markings and nicks, and page block foot is lightly marked. These imperfections reflect the age of this book.
