Book First Edition
Soft cover. Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. Size 210mmX295mm. This scarce copy tells the story of the races from 1960 to 1998 - and to a lesser extent the 1999 Super Touring 500 - are the original Phillip Island/Bathurst endurance races which are a separate entity to the V8 Supercar races held at Bathurst since 1997. In 1997. 1998 and 1999 on the traditional October long weekend Super Touring cars ran at Bathurst, while the V8s held their races later in the year - also at Bathurst. These are separate events. But now the original event has somehow been "entwined" with the later V8 event.
