Cloth. Condition: Very Good ++. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good++. First UK edition. First published in the USA the previous year. Book is clean, tight and bright with very minor bumping to spine ends. Internally the only flaw is a production flaw resulting in the half title, and title, page not quite separating from the previous leaf near spine due to excess glue and it's not worth doing it now. As a consequence it flops open after the title page and there is noe tiny spot of foxing near the hinge.Jacket is clean and without tears or creases. Some very minor spots of foxing at top of text block. Looks unread. Price present. Postage will be confirmed when you enquire or order and for light or very heavy books will vary from the ABE quote which is based on a 1kg parcel. N.B. Postage to the USA will often be quite a bit less than the quote on ABE.
