Seller: Eat My Words Books, Minneapolis, MN, U.S.A.
Leather Bound. Condition: Very Good. Appears to be complete set, but may not be. Apparently, Crowell issued a Hugo set with several bindings in 1888, and no other books are included in the other sets. Translated by Isabel Hapgood. All books in three-quarters brown leather with marbled paper. Same marbled paper for endpages. On all seven volumes, bindings are solid, except History of a Crime is weak at front hinge. Pages are unmarked and only slightly aged. Marbled edges as well. Leather portions of covers show some wear, especially at spine tips, but titles are all still legible. Paper portions of covers generally fine. No dustjackets at issue.
