First Edition
Hard Cover. First Edition. (Paris: PAC Editions September 1985). First French Edition (not published in English). A large format hardback production (not published in English). Full of colour and black and white photographs of the Girls and Film Posters etc. Paland was a leading light in the French James Bond Fan Club of the 1980 s and had access to much Eon publicity material which was not freely available elsewhere. Includes rarely-seen photographs (some of which are topless/glamour shots) alongside the official series from Eon. Many of the photos were unauthorised and published herein without paying Eon any licence fees. It was subsequently banned (and withdrawn from sale) and is quite scarce these days. It is one of the rarest items of Bond ephemera. An absolutely fine copy with none of the usual wear to the boards and scarce in such lovely collector's condition. NB: No English-language issue of this book has ever been produced and this book has never been reprinted. Photographs/scans available upon request.
