    No Binding. Condition: Collectible-Fine. Two leaves, three written pages. 7 3/4 x 9 1/2. In the first document, the New York Supreme Court order the under-Sheriff of Sullivan Co., NY to arrest Oliver Wheaton, Jr. on charges of trespassing and also due to a $2000 claim against him by Balls and Messenger. A note is attached. signed by Elisha Heacock, under-Sheriff, stating that he has arrested Wheaton. In the second document, which is two parts, Wheaton signs at the top that he has been arrested. Witnessed and signed by Jacob Weeken, commissioner. At the bottom, Livingston Billings, attorney for Wheaton asks that the case be set aside due to "irregularities" in costs. Also signed by William Platt, attorney for the plaintiffs. Signed by Author(s).
