    Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. The cover has green cloth. Content: 15 chapters about the history of model railroads. b/w photos and figures; index. The publisher's name is on a label on the title page. The spine strip states the publisher as Penncraft. The top and bottom edges of the spine strip are a little softened and faded. The front endpaper has a gift inscription and the year 1952. The front pastedown has two, linear 1/8 in. chips. Four page corners have a light bend line. The text block ends have darkened. DJ: The spine and back panels have Mark Haber & Co. The top and bottom edges have a dz. chips, 1/8 in. to a linear 1 1/2 in., and have 20 closed tears, 1/8 in. to 1 in. A little of the color is rubbed from the spine panel and the front flap's fold. Scans e-mailed upon request.

First edition, hardcover, dust jacket and sticker at base of title page list Mark Haber & Co. while spine lists "A Penn-Craft Book", has hint of a skew to binding which is a little loose but solid, slight bumps to spine ends and corners, and some slight shelfwear to board edges with a small ding near top of front hinge, otherwise a solid, clean VG+ copy in VG dust jacket which has light bumps with very small chips to spine ends and corners with a couple additional short tears to top of spine, slight edgewear, faint sunning to spine, and price is ammended on back panel and front flap, which is clipped.
