Cloth is damaged 1/4" at heel of spine. Exterior is a bit worn, faded and soiled with age. No moisture damage. No foxing or tanning. Former owners rubber stamp "James B. P. Giffin"on first free endpaper and on title page. Interior hinges are fine. Page 45 has a 1/4" tear in the fore edge. Interior is very good plus. Exterior is very good minus.
