In an effort to provide more seasonal optimization opportunities for affiliates, AbeBooks will be changing its commission structure effective July 1, 2009. The AbeBooks Affiliate Program will move from a tiered commission structure to a standard flat commission. All sales generated on and after July 1st will earn 5% commission. A premium partner commission will be available for high performance affiliates with excellent sales.

If a buyer clicks through a link to us on your web page, html email or PPC ad, you can make up to 5% of that user’s purchases. Even if they click through your link and don’t purchase anything right then, any AbeBooks purchases they make over the next 90 days will count towards your commissions. Choose your promotional methods Google Affiliate Network has banners, buttons, textlinks and search boxes to satisfy whatever means of promotion you prefer. Available in both basic html and javascript, integration is easy, and don’t hesitate to contact us about custom graphics or other opportunities for placement. 3. Copy and paste the provided code Copy and paste the provided code into the source code of your site, html email or search ad, and see how much traffic you can drive to us. Just remember, the more visible the ad, the more sales you will get. Google Affiliate Network also offers some great reporting tools so you can track exactly how many sales you are driving.
