The Folio Society
Since 1947, the Folio Society has taken classic works and republished them with exceptional typography, illustrations, paper and bindings. This publisher believes books should be beautiful to the eye as well as captivating to the mind.
In the years following World War I, the Little Leather Library was an American publishing phenomenon. Classic literature was combined with mass marketing for 101 affordable, accessible titles, from 1916 to 1923. Today, the books published by the Little Leather Library are loved by collectors.
