Orders shipped within 2 business days.
US orders: STANDARD shipping is USPS Media Mail for $3.75, including tracking & delivery confirmation. PRIORITY shipping in US will add $6.50 to price of book.
INTERNATIONAL orders are all USPS International Priority (air). Orders for small books weighing under 4 pounds may choose STANDARD (Flat rate padded envelope); large books or books weighing over 4 pounds must choose PRIORITY (US$45) which includes appropriate insurance.
Certain oversize volumes and multi-volume sets may require special shipping arrangements. Please inquire for options.
