Prices are net to all (no discounts). Any book is returnable within 5 days of receipt for any reason.
Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship on the Friday following acknowledgment of your order. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Shipping to other countries (except Canada and United Kingdom) is only at the expedited rate (that is, Global Priority or Air Mail); I no longer ship outside the U.S. via surface mail except to Canada and the UK.
