Books are shipped by U.S. Post Office at Media Mail of $6.00 for the first book, and $2.00 for each
additional book. Other shipping methods can be quoted. Payment can be made by check or money
order. West Virginia residents must add 6% sales tax. NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS accepted at
this time. All books are subject to prior sale.

Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
