Postage for 1st book shipped within continental U.S. is $4 for media(book)rate
or $5.50 for priority shipping (under 3 lbs.); Add $2 for each additional book;
add $2.00 for oversized books. Overseas shipping will be billed at actual cost.
SC residents add 6% sales tax.
