Payment methods accepted include, personal check or money order, in US Dollars drawn on US institutions, MasterCard, Visa, Amex and PAYPAL and wire transfer. Shipping is $6.00 for first item and $2.50 for each additional item. Priority Shipping is an additional $3.50 for an ordinary single volume and will be quoted for sets, oversize and/or heavy volumes based on zone and weight.
