Shipping Terms:
Shipping rates are based on a standard octavo size book that weighs about 1 kg. Books that are bulkier and/or heavier cost more to ship.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Contact us before ordering so we tell you the actual shipping cost, it may be less or more than what the shipping matrix says. As of May, 2007, there is no longer an inexpensive surface shipping method even though that persists as an option here. Please consult the U.S.P.S. postage rate calculator for current information about mail to your country. We do not factor postage into our prices, so we have to ask for the actual cost of shipping.
