We have an important new announcement regarding the Abebooks BibliOz reseller program.

While we have sincerely appreciated the role that BilbiOz has played in the expansion of our marketplace over the past few years, we find ourselves at an important turning point in our growth. To continue to build upon our success in Australia and New Zealand, we prefer to commit our resources more closely to the development of our own marketplace. For this reason, we have decided to not continue our BibliOz program after April 30, 2005. In order to meet this date, we have immediately stopped accepting orders from BibliOz. If you currently have any outstanding orders from BbliOz, please process them as you normally would.

We believe very strongly that our own Abebooks marketplace delivers the biggest benefit to both our booksellers and our buyers and we are very pleased with the results of our Australia and New Zealand microsite launched in the Spring of last year.

If you are enrolled in the BibliOz program, we will be contacting you shortly to advise on the details of the closure of this program. We will make this process as simple as possible for you.

We look forward to updating you on the many exciting enhancements we have in store for the Abebooks websites over the coming months, as we continue to solidify our position as the world's largest online marketplace for books.
