Our Bookseller Policy and Agreement may change occasionally to ensure continued buyer and seller satisfaction. We recommend you check the Agreement from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes that may be relevant to your business.

Recent update:

* Booksellers may not pre-list books that have not yet been made available to the public. Abebooks may, from time to time, invite booksellers to pre-list certain titles as the marketplace demands. This is within the sole discretion of Abebooks.

Reminders:

* Booksellers may not take information such as book descriptions, pictures and images from other booksellers' listings.

* Abebooks reserves the right to remove any listing at Abebooks' discretion, including without limitation requests from rights holders and publications deemed defamatory or illegal. All booksellers must have the legal right and the ability to sell the items they list on the Abebooks web sites.
