Chocolate-Pumpkin Brownies with Apricot Surprise

While your children are binging on candy, satisfy your sweet tooth with Chocolate-Pumpkin Brownies with Apricot Surprise

Ingredients

  1. Heat over to 350 F and grease 9”-13” baking pan
  2. Melt chocolate and butter in large saucepan over low heat, when almost melted remove from heat and stir in sugar.
  3. Beat eggs and then pumpkin until smooth. Add flour, salt, ginger and pecans.
  4. Scrape of the batter into baking pan and freeze for 30 min. Spread jam over the frozen batter leaving ½ inch around edge and spread remaining batter over top and bake for 45 min.
