Sending E-mail to AbeBooks
Occasionally, you may need clarification about a process or procedure in
order to complete it on www.abebooks.com. In such instances, you
can send an e-mail message to our Contact Center for help.
To send an e-mail message to AbeBooks:
- Click [sign on]
and enter your E-mail Address and Password.
- Click [Your E-mail]
in the Members Menu.
- Click [Send a
question to abebooks] in the Your E-mail menu.
- Select an option in each of the lists as it applies
to you; you may leave fields blank if necessary.
- Enter your question or comments in the space provided.
- Click the [Send
Mail] button.
Your e-mail message is sent to our Contact Center. Replies are sent
to the e-mail address entered in your submission form.
Note:
- If you are not sending an e-mail from the from the
e-mail account listed in your AbeBooks account, please include your client
ID or the e-mail address of your AbeBooks account. This way, our
Customer Service representatives will be able to locate your account and
provide you with assistance.
- Be as specific as possible with your question: provide
examples, list page names or addresses and enter any information that
might assist us in helping solve the issue.
