Viewing Your Match Reports

When a book in your AbeBooks inventory matches a book buyer's want, you are notified with an e-mail message.  The book buyer who posted the want will receive an e-mail message with your book information, contact information and terms of sale.  Your notification does not include the book buyer's information; it only gives information about the book wanted.  You can also view your match reports from the Members Menu.

To view your match reports:

  1. Do one of the following:
  2. Click [Your E-mail] in the Members Menu.
  3. Click [View and re-send your recent abebooks match reports] in the Your E-mail menu.
  4. The most recent match reports are listed on the "Listing Your E-mail" page.  To view earlier match reports, select dates in the lists and click [List E-mails].
  5. Locate the match report you would like to view.  Click [View Details].

Your match reports can help you to evaluate your business: you can see which of your books are most desirable, and if you often match but rarely sell, you may decide to update your listing descriptions to include more information.
