The shopping basket holds the books you wish to purchase. When you are signed into your AbeBooks account and place books in your basket, these books remain there until you choose to purchase all of them or remove them.
Before completing the purchase process, you can also search or browse from your shopping basket . For each book in your shopping basket there is a search or browse link that takes you to that bookseller’s inventory. This feature is helpful because purchasing multiple items from the same bookseller can lead to savings on shipping.
You may use the “Ask a Question” feature from the Shopping Basket as
well, which allows you to contact a bookseller about the books you want,
prior to completing the purchase process.
