& Payment Information]" found at the bottom of each book
listing.
All books listed on the AbeBooks Web sites are conveniently available for purchase using both Visa and MasterCard. Some of our booksellers choose to also offer other methods of payment. If booksellers do offer additional payment options, they will process or collect the payment themselves.
Once you have found the book you're interested in purchasing, you can view the bookseller's accepted payment methods from the on the Search Results page.
The book listing links to the accepted payment methods in two areas:

Both links bring up the "Book
Details" page with "Bookseller & Payment Information"
displayed. On
the right of the box displaying this information, are the payment methods
offered by the bookseller.

When you choose to pay by credit card, AbeBooks collects the credit card details from you during the check out process. If you select another form of payment, details will be arranged directly with the bookseller. The bookseller will contact you to finalize the payment or you may prefer to contact the seller after you have placed your online order.
Please note:
If
you choose to pay by PayPal, the AbeBooks checkout will not
redirect you to the PayPal web site. The
bookseller should provide you with the information that you need to make
the payment on the PayPal site or you can request the information from
the seller.
Security tip – Please do not send credit
card numbers or confidential information via e-mail or other non-secure
methods.
