It has come to our attention that some users of Internet Explorer v. 5.x and higher may experience difficulties checking out their orders. This error is a result of a faulty Windows Update, and not our Web site itself. The problem occurs when you try to submit information over a secure connection (SSL); your browser interprets the page as being blank rather than submitting the information you have entered.
The solution to this problem requires users to install a software patch for their Internet Explorer browsers. This patch is not available through a regular Windows update.
