Reviewing and Updating Returns

If you have ordered a book and have since requested a return or refund, you can view the status and details of your return on the AbeBooks Web site.

To review your returns:

1. Click [sign on] and enter your E-mail Address and Password.
2. Click [Your Purchases] from the Members Menu.
3. Click [View Your Purchases] in the Your Purchases menu.  In the Order List, select the book you'd like to review.  The status of the refund will be listed in the "Status" field.
4. If the order in question does not appear on the list, change the time frame from the lists.  Click [List Orders].  When you locate the order, click [Item Details] to view the status of the return.

The returns matching the criteria you selected will be displayed.  Click the sales order number for the book's details, and [View Details] to see financial details of the return.
