Cancelling an order online can be done if the books haven't been shipped. (The order status will show as "Ordered" on the "Track Your Purchases" page.) If your order has been processed and shipped, please contact the bookseller directly through our online system or initiate a return.
While
signed onto your AbeBooks account, click [Your
Purchases] in the Members Menu.

Click
[View your Purchases]
in the Your Purchases menu.

Locate
the order and click [Item details].

Click the [Cancel this Order] button.
Click the [Verify] button.
