You're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your return is a result of an error on the part of the bookseller. (Within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.) Of course, if your textbook doesn't arrive, you're also eligible for a full refund.

If they agree, you'll receive return shipping too. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to the bookseller within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in.

In cases where the book is returned to the bookseller for any of the following reasons, the refund price includes book price only:
incomplete address,
unclaimed,
returned to sender, or similar.
If you’ve changed your mind about a book you ordered, please contact the bookseller directly to request a return. If the bookseller accepts your request, you'll be refunded the price of the book (not including original or return shipping charges). The majority of our booksellers are happy to accommodate these requests.
