Ask the Bookseller a Question

To ask the bookseller a question about your order:

  1. Locate the book order on the "Track Your Purchases" page and click [Item details].

  2. Click [Ask Bookseller a Question].

  3. On the "Ask a Question" page, your e-mail address, subject line and your country are automatically filled in based on your account and order information.  These fields however, may be changed if necessary.  In the "Comments or questions:" box, enter the question you would like to ask the bookseller.

  4. Click the [Send Question] button.

An e-mail message is sent to the bookseller on your behalf, and a copy is saved on your account.
