Cancelling an Order

There may be a time when you wish to cancel an order. This can only be done prior to the book being shipped, when the book is in "Ordered" status.

To cancel an order:

1. Do one of the following:
• Click [sign on] and enter your E-mail Address and Password.
• Click [your account] above the red banner.
2. Click  [Your Purchases] in the Members Menu.
3. Click  [Track Your Purchases] in the Your Purchases menu.
4. Locate the book order in question and click [Item details].
5. Click the [Cancel this Order] button.
6. Select the book to cancel from the list, and click the [Cancel this Order] button.
7. Click the [Verify] button.

Both the book buyer and the bookseller receive an e-mail notification that the order has been cancelled.

Note:

• If a book is not in "Ordered" status, you can initiate a return for the book.
