With the "Track your purchases" feature of the AbeBooks Web site you can:
A bookseller has two days to ship an order before the shipping time is effective. Also, shipping time is calculated using business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Click [sign on] and enter your E-mail Address and Password.
Click [Your
Purchases] in the Members Menu.

Click [View
your purchases] in the Your Purchases menu.

After a book's availability has been confirmed you may have questions of the bookseller about the shipping: were there any problems, or why has the book not arrived. In either case, you can ask a question of the bookseller directly from your account on the AbeBooks Web site.

An e-mail message is sent to the bookseller on your behalf, and a copy
is saved on your account.
When you order a book through AbeBooks, we keep a record of the order information for you. Any time after an order has been placed, you can view the status of your purchase from the "Track Your Purchases" page.

If your orders do not fit on one page, clicking
[More Orders] at the bottom
of the page will bring up further lists
On the right side of the "Track Your Purchases" page, you will see definitions of the order statuses. You can also read the Help page explanation of book statuses by clicking here.

If your order has not yet been processed by the bookseller (order status shows "ordered"), the option to cancel the order will be available. If this option is not available, please contact the bookseller using the steps shown above.
Instructions for cancelling an order are available by clicking here.
At times it may be necessary to return a book to the bookseller or to
initiate a refund for a book that has not arrived after 15 days beyond
the estimated delivery date. Returns
and refunds can also be started using your AbeBooks account. Please
for information on this process.
