Viewing and Re-sending E-mails
Occasionally, e-mail programs experience technical difficulties that
result in e-mail messages not being delivered. Fortunately,
at AbeBooks, we save copies of the statements, reminders and order and
return notifications we send you. Book
buyer inquiries are also saved on bookseller accounts. You
can review your order confirmations and other e-mail messages from the
AbeBooks Web site.
To view your e-mail messages:
- Click [sign on]
and enter your E-mail Address and Password.
- Click [Your E-mail]
in the Members Menu.
- Click [View and
re-send email from AbeBooks]
in the Your Email menu.
- If you would like to view e-mail messages or orders
that are more than a week old, adjust the Start
Date and End Date list
menus.
- Click the [List
E-mails] button.
- Locate the e-mail message you would like to read.
Click [View Details].
You
can view more e-mail messages by clicking [Return
to E-mail List].
Notes:
- Check your AbeBooks Members
Menu daily for order notifications.
- If your AbeBooks e-mail messages are viewable on
AbeBooks, but you are not receiving them, please contact your Internet
Service Provider.
- To re-send your e-mail messages or orders, click
[Resend this note] in the information

- Some Internet service providers disable e-mail messaging
if an address receives too many messages from the same address. They
believe the e-mail messages being received are SPAM and not valid messages.
Please,
contact the specific provider about their policies regarding this function.
- Some e-mail service providers, such as Hotmail
or Yahoo, have a limited capacity for the e-mail messages you receive.
Please,
contact the specific provider about the limits of your e-mail storage
space.
