You can see the details of the report either by total orders or total value. To change to either between these options, click the radio button, then the [View] button. You can also adjust the month and year to view statistics back to January 2003.
Quarterly fulfillment is calculated from January - March, April - June, July-September and October - December. If you became a bookseller in the middle of one of these fulfillment periods, we would not be able to calculate fulfillment on your account for the three month period because a full three months has not passed. Instead of a fulfillment rate, you would see the words "not rated" under the "Fulfillment Rate (%)" heading. Also, if you have fewer than 15 orders in three months through one of our bookseller programs, you would also see "Not Rated" in the fulfillment rate.
If you click the [Details] link, you will see a detailed list of all books ordered through a specific program, including the date of the order and the AbeBooks Purchase Order number. These orders are used to calculate fulfillment for the specific program.
The Inventory Turn rate is the total number of orders divided by your total inventory. AbeBooks can provide you with data on a rolling 3-month basis. Inventory turn rate can be used to see what percentage of your inventory sells on a monthly basis. This information can be useful in determining what types of books to list. Inventory turn rate data is only available for AbeBooks as our bookseller programs may exclude some of your inventory from listing on their sites based on cost or ISBN data.
