Bookseller Reporting Tool

The Bookseller Reporting Tool allows you to view the status of returns in your account as well as your returns rate.  With the Bookseller Reporting Tool, you can update and complete returns.  

To access the Bookseller Reporting Tool:

1. Click [sign on] and enter your E-mail Address and Password.
2. Click [Your Sales].
3. Click [Review Returns Billed to Your Account].
4. You may search for returns by many options:
• Status (complete or in progress)
• Program
• Reason Code
• Date range
• AbeBooks Order Number
5. Click [View Results].

You will see the details of the returns in a report.  Your returns rate will also be displayed.  

Note:

• The returns rate is calculated as the number of returns in the requested time frame divided by the total number of orders sent in the time frame.

• To view your fulfillment rates, please use our StatTracker tool.  StatTracker allows you to view your total orders, fulfillment rates for 1-month and 3-month periods, and to view the total value of your sales.
