Happy customers are repeat customers.  At AbeBooks we have found that timely shipment of orders is a key contributor to customer satisfaction. We recommend that booksellers process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt.

AbeBooks does not specify how you must ship your books but we do require that you ship books using a method that will deliver the book in the time frame quoted to the buyer.  Being aware that packages can get held up in Customs, we do notify buyers that delays from Customs processing are not included in the shipping time estimates.
