Bookseller Ratings Update - Extra Shipping Rejections and Completion
We've made some important changes to Bookseller Ratings based on the feedback you've provided.

One major change: effective July 23, orders that are rejected based on a refused request for extra charges will no longer be included in your Completion Rating, and so won't impact your Bookseller Rating.

This change will be retroactive. Orders previously rejected for this reason that are currently listed as ‘Unfulfilled’ will automatically be excluded. Please note however, that it will take a few days for this exclusion to be reflected in your rating. All sellers' ratings will be updated before Bookseller Ratings are released to buyers.

Textbook Season is Almost Upon Us
As we prepare for what we expect to be our busiest Textbook Season ever, we'd like to offer some reminders that will help all booksellers take advantage of this busy time:

- Don’t forget that students buy more than just textbooks! Even if you don’t specialize in academic texts, be sure to upload listings for classic literature, reference books such as dictionaries and style guides, history books, and all varieties of non-fiction. You may wish to focus on these categories over the next two months.

- Remember to keep your inventory up to date. Turnover rates are high at this time of year and keeping your listings current is extremely important. Please send update files regularly to prevent both disappointed buyers and rejected orders
