    Coupon Testing
    Testing of AbeBooks Coupons was successfully completed earlier this month and we have received valuable feedback from both the Bookseller Advisory Group and the Customer Advisory Board. Thank you for your participation and for taking the time to complete our survey. Now that testing is complete, the launch of Coupons will be coming soon!

    AbeBooks Toolbox for Long-Standing Sellers!
    Your Sales and Account Management Team would like to extend a thank you to our booksellers who have been with us from the beginning! In the coming weeks 3, 4 and 5 star booksellers who have been with us since 1998 will be receiving a free offer via email for a collateral toolbox containing packing tape and bookmarks.     We are working to make the AbeBooks Wiki the place for buyers and booksellers to learn everything there is to know about books, and we need your help. We have added some book terms from our glossary related to books, book buying and collecting, such as "Antiquarian", "Rare" and "Binding". Please help us to make these definitions more complete and to add additional terms to the wiki. Feel free to add and edit articles as you like.

    Coming Up: Feature on Book Collections and Series
    We are currently planning a feature promoting book collections and book series that can be purchased either as a set or bundled. If you have such sets available that you would like to be included in our feature, please email us at features@abebooks.com.

    Reminder: Responding to AbeBooks and Buyer Emails:
    Our Security and Trust Team would like to remind all booksellers that they are required to respond to all email from AbeBooks and buyers, including pre-purchase questions, within two business days.

    Booksellers not responding to emails will receive a policy reminder. Repeat occurrences may result in account suspension or closure.

    If a bookseller doesn't respond to emails regarding a late order or missing order, Customer Support may refund the buyer on the bookseller's behalf.

    "Just received my first book purchase (Jaeger, A Source-Book of Biological Names and Terms) from Owl Pen/Abe Books...it's gorgeous! It was described as "inside as new...," and I would bet that it is new, just old; it's pristine. Other good things: the price was very reasonable; it arrived 4 days before the predicted date; and the shipping charge was $5.50, with postage on the package $4.60. It's great to deal with companies that don't make their money on greatly inflated shipping charges.
