Keep Our Newsletters Coming

If you have not received our newsletter, it may have been filtered. E-mail filtering, either by your company, web e-mail client, or Internet Service Provider, is becoming more and more prevalent. Unfortunately, it can be very generalized - sometimes a single word or image can trigger filters and cause our message to be rejected. And most of the time you won't even know when a message hasn't been delivered.

There are a few things you can do to prevent this from happening and ensure you receive our newsletters.

  1. Add 'booksellerdigest@abebooks.com' and 'sellertech@abebooks.com' to the personal address list or contacts in your e-mail program.
  2. Ask your company or internet provider's administrator to always accept e-mail messages from 'booksellerdigest@abebooks.com' and 'sellertech@abebooks.com'. Also, ask them if they keep a "Spam" folder for your account which may contain our newsletter (and many other important e-mail messages that never made it to your inbox!). In this folder, you can normally indicate which senders aren't spam, and should thus be allowed to go through. It's a good idea to check your "Spam" or "Junk" folders regularly to ensure you aren't missing e-mails.
  3. Consider changing your e-mail address on file to a different one that isn't filtered by a third party; for example, your private Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail account. To change your e-mail address, sign on to your account, click [Your Personal Information], then [Update Your Account Information], and update your e-mail field on the subsequent page.
