It's time to simplify! During the month of August we are bringing the best benefits of AbeLibrary.com over to Abebooks.com.

This will simplify your search for used, rare and out-of-print books by providing

- the same great service: customer support by both phone and e-mail
- streamlined purchase options from Abebooks booksellers
- even BETTER prices - no more service fees for books purchased
- new access to our network of preferred partner library search services

After speaking with you, our AbeLibrary clients, we learned that many of you already use Abebooks.com to search for and purchase books. You liked the extra features offered by AbeLibrary, but you didn't like paying extra for them when you could buy the same books for less on Abebooks.com.

And so we are we are bringing our library services home to Abebooks (www.abebooks.com) and wrapping up our AbeLibrary site on August 26.

A WORD FROM YOUR ACCOUNT MANAGER
I close by also announcing my departure from Abebooks. I have had a wonderful three years with Abebooks, have gained valuable experience and I will miss my daily interaction with all the "Aber's". More importantly I have developed friendships that will endure beyond my time with Abebooks.

A recovering accountant, I worked in the finance department at Abebooks for two years. This past year has allowed me to gain additional experience in the marketing/sales area and for that I am thankful to this brilliant company.

I also thank you - AbeLibrary clients - for your support and patronage. It has been a pleasure to be your Account Manager for the past year and I will miss the people I have come to know in cyber space. I hope Abebooks continues to be your source in your quest for those elusive books.
