PricePartner is a powerful application that allows you to quickly and easily modify the prices of books listed in Abebooks Homebase versions 2.0 or higher.
Step 1 - Determine if Abebooks Homebase PricePartner is right for you
If you are running Abebooks Homebase 2.1 and want the ability to adjust all the prices of your books then Abebooks Homebase PricePartner is the right choice for you. If you do not use Abebooks Homebase version 2.0 or higher to maintain book inventory then Abebooks Homebase PricePartner cannot help you.
 To find out what version of Abebooks Homebase you are running, run Abebooks Homebase and go to Help > About Abebooks Homebase
Step 2 - Downloading Abebooks Homebase PricePartner
Once you have determined if Abebooks Homebase PricePartner is suitable for you, simply click on the link above and your browser will prompt you to save the file. Make sure to save the file in a place you will easily find them.
Please be aware that Abebooks Homebase PricePartner is 3.17 MB, which is a lot of data for a modem connection to handle. The download may take anywhere from 20 minutes to over an hour to complete. Step 1 - Locate the File
Locate the file you just downloaded on your hard-drive. You will need to find "setupPricePartner.exe".
Step 2 - Install Abebooks Homebase PricePartner
a) Double click on the "setupPricePartner.exe" file, click on the [Setup] button, and then click on the [OK] button.
b) From the next screen you can select the directory in which you would like to install Abebooks Homebase PricePartner by clicking on the [Change Directory] button, exit setup by clicking on the [Exit Setup] button, or start Abebooks Homebase PricePartner installation by clicking on the Computer icon.
c) Click on the [Continue] button unless you wish to change the Program Group (not advised).
Note: You may receive a "Version Conflict" message indicating that the file being copied is older than the current file. It is recommended that you keep your existing file.
d) Next you will receive a dialogue box indicating that HBPricePartner Setup was completed successfully. Click OK. |
